3525 Portsmouth Circle

Hi there, my name is 3525 S. Portsmouth Circle. I was uniquely created on a large corner lot in 1990 with four oversized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Over the recent years, I have had quite a few improvements which includes a new roof, an updated kitchen with quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, a farmhouse sink, a pantry, additional storage, and stainless steel appliances. I also have new baths, newly installed Luxurious Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, a new AC and gorgeous modern light fixtures throughout. Yes, I am big, but I would have to be with a separate living room, a separate dining room and a large family room, because I enjoy entertaining and I don't want my guests to be crammed! Did I mention my huge primary bedroom that opens up to my balcony where morning coffee can be enjoyed. That's right, and don't forget about my oversized back area where I have been guarded with a 8-ft privacy fence, perfect for my gardens and when I am hosting my events, especially those wonderful barbeques.
